Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami
  • 1 Ninja Creami Pint
  • 1 Immersion Blender

Ingredients

  • 355 g Kroger Carbmaster Fat Free Milk 1½ cups; Fairlife Fat Free Milk works 1:1
  • 36 g Monk fruit sweetener or other zero calorie sweetener 3 tbsp
  • 5 g Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • 1 g Xanthan gum ¼ tsp
  • 1 g Salt ~¼ tsp
  • 30 g FUUL Chocolate Chip Protein Cookie Dough 10 g frozen for mix-in, 20 g for topping

Instructions

  • Prepare the base: Add the milk, monk fruit sweetener, vanilla extract, xanthan gum, and salt to the Ninja Creami pint.
  • Blend: Blend with an immersion blender until completely smooth and combined, about 30 to 60 seconds. A regular blender or handheld milk frother can also be used but it may take longer.
  • Freeze: Place the pint on a level surface and freeze for at least 24 hours. Freeze with the lid removed to help prevent a bump from forming. Portion out 10 g of FUUL Protein Cookie Dough and freeze it separately for the mix-in. Reserve the remaining 20 g for topping.
  • Prepare to spin: Remove the pint from the freezer. Run the outside of the pint under hot water for about 1 minute or let it sit on the counter for about 15 minutes.
  • Spin: Process using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
  • Re-Spin if needed: If the Creami is powdery or crumbly after the first spin, add a small splash of water and run a Re-Spin until creamy.
  • Add the mix-ins: Make an off-center hole in the Creami and add 10 g of the frozen FUUL Protein Cookie Dough. Run the Mix-In cycle.
  • Top and serve: Top with the remaining 20 g of FUUL Protein Cookie Dough and enjoy.

Notes

Nutrition per pint: 237 calories | 25 g protein | 28 g carbs | 4 g fat
Nutrition is calculated using the specific ingredients listed and may vary slightly depending on the brands and substitutions used.
Vanilla: I use Molina Mexican Vanilla Blend because it is inexpensive and tastes great in Ninja Creami recipes, but any vanilla extract or vanilla blend will work.
Milk: I use Kroger Carbmaster Fat Free Milk because it provides plenty of protein at a low cost. Fairlife Fat Free Ultra-Filtered Milk works as a 1:1 substitute and is more widely available.
Sweetener: I use Monk Fruit In The Raw because it is zero calorie, affordable, and easy to find. Other zero calorie sweeteners can be substituted, but sweetness can vary between products, so adjust to taste.
Cookie dough tip: Freeze the 10 g of FUUL Protein Cookie Dough used for the Mix-In cycle so it incorporates throughout the pint. Reserve the remaining 20 g for topping.
Cost: Approximately $3.65 per pint using the listed ingredients. Ingredient prices will vary by store and location.
Equipment: An immersion blender is recommended for the smoothest and easiest mixing, but a blender or handheld milk frother also works.
