About

The Lucas Eats Creamis Pint Philosophy

Made for the Whole Pint.

I started Lucas Eats Creamis because I wanted recipes that were simple to make, affordable, lower in calories, high in protein (when it makes sense), and most importantly, delicious. Every recipe on Lucas Eats Creamis is built around one simple idea: you should be able to enjoy the entire finished pint without blowing your calories, your budget, or your time. That’s where the 400 / $4 / 4 Rule comes in.

Under 400 Calories

The entire finished pint stays under 400 calories – this includes all mix-ins and toppings.

Under $4

Every pint costs less than $4 in ingredients based on the actual products and package prices I use when testing the recipes.
If a cheaper ingredient works just as well, I’ll tell you. If spending a little more actually makes the Creami better, I’ll tell you that too.
(Ingredient prices will vary, so your exact cost may be different, but I’ll show you what I paid and how the cost breaks down.)

Under 4 Minutes

Every recipe takes less than 4 minutes of active prep time.
You’ll still need to freeze your pint and let the Ninja Creami do its thing, but actually making the pint shouldn’t take long.

What You’ll Find in Every Recipe

I include the information I’d want to know before making a recipe: calories, protein, carbs, fat, estimated cost per pint, exact measurements, useful substitutions, and straightforward instructions. I’m continuing to test new Ninja Creami recipes, and only add the ones I’d actually make again.

Browse the recipes, find your next pint, and check back as the recipe library grows.
